The clip of HUFLIT female students spreading on social networks is not true

  On the afternoon of January 12, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages ​​and Informatics (HUFLIT) and the Center for Defense and Security Education (Military School of Military Region 7) held a press conference to announce the birth of the child. HUFLIT students study at the Center for Defense and Security Education.


At the press conference, the leader of HUFLIT affirmed that the information spread on social networks was fabricated and untrue. Specifically, on the evening of January 10, there was a loss of money from students while studying in the National Defense and Security Education Center. There was a student suspected of being the culprit, so this student was so excited that he pushed open the door and went out screaming. The administrator brought this student down to work, then contacted the parents to take him home.



When the incident happened, a student recorded a clip and then shared it with a few other friends without mentioning the clip content. On the evening of January 11, this clip was posted on social networks again, associated with false information that there was a case of abuse of female military students at Military School of Military Region 7. When information on social networks The meeting went wrong, the student filming the clip posted a correction emphasizing that people are misunderstanding the truth about the clip's content.



A representative of Military School of Military Region 7 affirmed that the information on the Internet is completely untrue, showing signs of fabrication and distortion. Most of the clips above show signs of being cut and staged. Many audio and visual content not included in the original clip have been inserted to integrate and distort.

Regarding this incident, HUFLIT sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh City Police to investigate and verify the person spreading, cutting, and distributing clips that distort untrue information.
